We are aware of the service outage and we have been notified of a power outage at the data center where our provider servers are stored. Hopefully this will be rectified shortly.
Our provider is working on a fix for this data center issue but for now there is a temporary patch that is working for all supreme Btech users and your service is working. For tivimate supreme users please follow these instructions for server url change.
1.open tivimate and go to settings
2. Click on playlist and playlist name
3. Scroll to Xtream Codes parameters
4.click on server address
5.change server address to http://ky-tv.cc or kytv.xyz
6.scroll down and click Apply Changes

We do not have the capability to create, delete or renew accounts at this time. Hopefully our provider will have this fixed asap.
